NAME OUR BIRTHDAY BREW – 50 YEARS OF BREAK
Break Charity celebrate their 50th birthday this year. In association with Break Charity, Norfolk Day and the Royal Norfolk Show, we’re holding an exciting competition for a member of the public to name the 50th Birthday Beer.
You can enter by filling out the form, be sure to let us know the inspiration behind your name, and you could be with us at the Royal Norfolk Show unveiling the beer!
WHAT DO BREAK DO?
Break’s core business is the provision of children’s homes for Looked After Children in their home Local Authority. Break has six mainstream children’s homes in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire and a Therapeutic Fostering Service offering single placements to traumatised young people.
Young people leaving Break’s care continue to be supported by our in-house Moving On Team.
In addition to the mainstream homes, Break has a children’s home for young people with profound learning and physical disabilities and two short-break schemes for children with disabilities.
Break also provides a range of assessment and support services to children at risk through a Residential Family Centre in Lowestoft and a range of community-based services, including assessment work, across East Anglia. Families’ House, based in Norwich, provides support and guidance to separating parents, ensuring that the children’s needs remain paramount.
